Once your order has been placed, it can take up to 3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched due to the made to order element. Once dispatched, please expect delivery within the below time frames dependant on where in the world you are;
UK & Europe - 3-5 working days
Rest of world – 6-7 working days
What delivery options do you offer for personalised products?
As present the only delivery option we offer is standard delivery on all orders. If you’re a UK customer this is free with no minimum spend and will be automatically included at checkout. If you’re an international customer please see here for delivery prices.
Can I use special characters?
At this time our system does not allow you to use special characters with personalised products.
How many characters can I use?
Currently you can add up to three characters onto a personalised product. Please note there must be a minimum of 2 characters on any personalised product for us to be able to process your order.
Can I personalise any Skinnydip product?
Unfortunately we only offer personalisation on the set range of products you currently see on the website. However we are working hard to expand this range so stay tuned!
Can I Click & Collect a personalised product to store?
Click and collect is not possible with personalised products, the only delivery method we currently offer is standard delivery.
Can I return a personalised product?
All sales on personalised products are final and cannot be returned as they’re bespoke products made to order.
My product arrived faulty; can I get a refund?
Please send an email to email@example.com including your order number and photos of the item and one of our Customer Service Representatives will deal with your request.
I’ve made a mistake with my order; can I change it?
Please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they’ll do their best to help with your request. Please note: changes are not guaranteed and can only be made prior to your order being dispatched. These changes can only be requested Mon-Fri so any changes requested over the weekends/bank holidays will not be fulfilled.
I haven’t received my order, what can I do?
Please email email@example.com with your name and order number and a member of our Customer Service team will get back to you within 2 working days to help.
